Our 10th anniversary bottling of gargantua is a gorgeous wine. In color, it is a dark black cherry and inky violet purple. Violets, red roses, black pepper, black olives, savory herbs, and sanguine ferrous notes are all found in this complex aromatic perfume. This wine has lovely fruity notes of blueberry and blackberry and ripe dark cherry on the palate. Chocolate/cocoa nib, tobacco, meaty mushroom. Silky and suave, this is a youthful and very seamless wine that is lovely right now. This elegant, effusively aromatic Syrah has great fruit sweetness with excellent balance.
