At only 1.3 precious acres of vines, planted as densely as we dare, and farmed entirely by hand, the Winery Block Vineyard is more a bonsai garden of vines than a traditional vineyard. Farmed intimately by hand, the Winery Block is the purest expression of our dedication to the trade. Burgundy in color, rich with dried rose petals, cane fruits, black pepper, and sweet oak spice. Flavors framed by carbonic strawberry roulade, raspberries, licorice, savory grilled game, and sweet sungold tomatoes. The whole cluster fermentation provides powerful but eloquent tannins.
