Winery Block: A Bergström Wines Estate

At only 1.3 precious acres of vines, planted as densely as we dare, and farmed entirely by hand, the Winery Block Vineyard is more a bonsai garden of vines than a traditional vineyard. A youthful, pink-tinged, electric red ruby color. Serious aromas of grilled meats, incense, spice cake, dark baking chocolate, and savory herbs. On the palate, these aromas carry through with dark chocolate covered black cherries and a good core of sweetness, brown spices, cola, and incense. The fruit sweetness swirls with textural complexity and the finish is long and captivating.
