Our first Ribbon Ridge estate, owned by the Hill family and farmed by Bergström Wines in partnership since planting in 2006, Pinot Noir from Le Pré du Col is known for its aromatics of spice and woods, silky texture and age-worthy structure. Potentially the most mineral-driven wine in the Bergström stable. White-gold in color with saline-driven aromas of sea spray, struck flint, citrus rind, graham, and sweet spices. Bright, fresh, and crisp. Flavors of sugar cookie, green apple, bosc pear, and citrus fruits. A generous texture balances the mineral and salty-sweet skeletal structure. Gorgeous now and will develop well for a decade or more. Drink Now – 2032.
