Named for the road where our family grew up in Portland, Oregon, our Cumberland Reserve represents a blend of some of the finest barrels from our five estate-farmed vineyards, all carefully combined to showcase Oregon Pinot Noir at its best. Our Cumberland Reserve is the epitome of the Bergström style-the expression of a unique vintage’s character combined with the perfect marriage of spice, mineral, and fresh fruit flavors.

Pale ruby in color. There is noble reduction on the nose accompanied by herbs de Provence, forest floor, tobacco, sweet cherries, porcini, bouillon, and essences of freshly cut flowers. The structure is balanced with succulent acidity. The palate has notes of cherry liqueur and savory pepper jam. There is ample evidence of a nuanced evolution of fine oak sweetness.

Dark ruby in color. Very old school Oregonian with bright, crunchy, and fresh fruit. An earthy intensity with a reductive flintiness. Mushroom-laden and almost Barolo-esque in its aromatic profile with dried herbs, flowers, meat, and pipe tobacco. It has succulent acidity and really fine tannings. The aromatic complexity unfurls continuously in the glass, building in seriousness and deliciousness with each minute. Will be a pleasure to watch over the next 20 years. Begs to be paired with mushrooms, game, cheeses, truffles, rich sauces, and even just a good book and a couch on a winter's night. Drink Now - 2030+. Alcohol: 13.8%
