Due to the risk of temperature fluctuation during the summer and winter months, Bergstrom wines will store your wine in its temperature-controlled facility until weather permits us to ship again. Temperature fluctuation will result in damaged wines. To avoid this risk, we will schedule your shipment based on current temperatures in your area.

Please note that we are currently able to accept orders from the Continental US, Alaska and Hawaii only. We strongly recommend delivery of wine shipments to business, rather than home addresses as each package requires an adult signature upon delivery. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or addresses in the states of AR.DE.IN.KY.ME.MA.MS.PA.UT.
Bergstrom Wines primarily uses Fed Ex or UPS Ground for shipments; however other options are available on the site.

If you select ground service, you should expect wine shipments to arrive 2-7 business days after the actual shipping date. If you select 2nd day or express saver, it will take 2 to 5 business days from the shipping date.

Bergstrom Wines is compliant with state laws and currently direct ships to consumers 21 years or older in the approved states. To place an order you must provide your date of birth, as well as certify that you are 21 years or older. By placing this order with Bergstrom Wines you certify under penalty of perjury that you and the recipient of this shipment are at least 21 years old. When the wine is delivered, the recipient may be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. The willful misrepresentation of your age or the age of the recipient is a crime in most states, and if you willfully misrepresent your age or the age of the recipient, we will cooperate with authorities to prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law.
